Effective MOUs are action oriented; they outline partners’ roles and responsibilities, service options, and available resources. They support a well-coordinated, customer-focused service delivery network that improves access to services and gets results for job seekers, including Americans with disabilities.
In this webinar, workforce leaders will share how they translated MOU commitments into operational tools that strengthened coordination across partners, including by defining partner roles and accountability, streamlining customer referrals, and mapping customer flow across the one-stop delivery system. The approaches that we will discuss in the webinar align with the pillars of America’s Talent Strategy: Building the Workforce for the Golden Age that call for integrated systems and accountability.
The LEAD Center is committed to ensuring that all attendees can participate fully in its webinars. We provide live Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting for all our webinars, but if you would like an additional accommodation, please email Courtney Williams at cwilliams@ndi-inc.org within 7 days of the event.
