Direct Support Workforce Study

ETA is pleased to highlight a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/NIDILRR-funded published report titled Impact: Feature Issue on the Direct Support Workforce and People with Intellectual, Developmental, and Other Disabilities. This report examines workforce challenges in the long-term care system and their consequences;shares personal success stories and barriers for those delivering and receiving supports;and highlights creative, bold actions being taken around the country.
