ETA is pleased to highlight a 2018 CSAVR report titled Investing in America. The Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR) is comprised of the 79 chief administrators of the public vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies serving individuals with physical and mental disabilities. This publication describes its partnership with businesses to fulfill their workforce needs as well as meeting the needs of people with disabilities as dual customers.
